However, you can discover a bit further away from the city centre. Families can can enjoy themselves on the low adventure trail in Leisi, adventure park of Hallikivi, Kuressaare Adventure Park, Asva Viking Village and Muhu Adventure Park. Hot summer days are ideal for fun on the beach and muggy autumn days for fun in the pool. At Auriga shopping centre is Pillerkaar playground waiting all the children to play.
Kuressaare beach is located next to Kuressaare park. The beach is also known as Titerand. But in addition to beach activities, you can rent different riders (bicycles and hoverboards) in Kuressaare at the beginning of the Raiekivi leg. So you can enjoy the wonderful nature and fresh air of Kuressaare with your family. At Raiekivi leg is also stopping sailship Hoppet that you have to go and discover. But also those of you who enjoy water activities can go surfing or do SUP.
Exciting animals and birds can be met in Saaremaa and Muhu islands. On the ostrich farm in Muhu, children can feed ostriches, count the stripes of a zebra and look for a little kangaroo peeking out of its mother’s pouch. In Angla Heritage Culture Centre, it is possible to learn the traditional ways of clay work or engraving dolomite. Exciting experiences for the whole family are offered by the WOW experience center on the edge of Kuressaare with a café, where it is possible to discover various exhibits. For example, you can put yourself to the test as a rally driver, both sitting in a rally chair and driving cars with light rays on a circuit; Put your football skills to the test or test what it feels like to be inside a soap bubble.
Medieval activity center Archebald and House of Thule in the center of Kuressaare both offer a lot of excitement and fun activities for the whole family taking you back in time and telling stories you have never heard before.
